My soupse and I are former Peace Corps Volunteers (served in Kerch, Crimea from Feb 2005-May 2007). It was wonderful...we miss our life and friends in Ukraine...
I am currently getting ready to go to Spain (in late April) to walk the Camino de Santiago, so when I stmbled on your blog, I had to smile. It is a small world!
Wishing you well on your visa negotiations and joy in your wonderful adventure! Perhaps our paths will cross!

:)) NM!!!! It's a small world indeed. It made you smile that we come from Ukraine and are going along the Camino. It makes me smile even more, as i was an exchange student in New Mexico, and have been to Santa Fe numerous times, have a wonderful host family there and dear friends. Wish you guys luck, and may this journey be enriching for you in many different ways.
